INGREDIENTS ⠀
2 cups sunflower seeds previously activated (Place the seeds in a bowl with water 3 times the amount of seeds overnight or for 8hs minimum). Drain the water and wash the seeds
2 lemons juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 pinch sea salt
If you prefer it spiced you can add 1 clove of garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, onion powder, pepper or any of your choice ⠀
INSTRUCTIONS ⠀
Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until creamy. Done!
Serve immediately, and store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. ⠀
